The Klassy Girl Boutique guarantees you will be receiving quality merchandise that is in stock and ready to ship in a timely manor from our Oklahoma shipping facility.

We do understand ordering online sometimes can be tricky with sizing so we have an easy to use return policy.  Please read carefully to make sure your return goes smoothly! Online store credit only is allowed for any items that are not on Sale/Clearance from our website as long as the items are returned within 14 days of tracking showing delivered, unworn, in original condition, with original tags still attached. If the return is postmarked past the 14 days or in a used condition or with the tags removed, we will not be able to process the return and will be returned back at customer's expense.

We do not offer exchange or guarantee sizes will be in stock, no holds can be made while returning your item.(Please expect 5-7 days for a return to be processed once received) Once your return has been processed your store credit will be applied to your account on our website. To access your credit simply log into your online account and the credit will reflect in your shopping cart and will apply to any item added to the cart.  Online store credit can be used at our Claremore store location but CAN NOT be used at our Branson, Mo location.   No cash refunds of any kind are issued,  ALL SALES FINAL.

Should you by rare chance receive an item that is defective from the factory or an item sent in error you must contact us within 7 days of tracking showing delivered with photos of the defect. We will take care of you with a replacement quickly and hassle free! 

All purchases made online must be returned by mail or to our Claremore store location at 922 N Lynn Riggs Blvd within 14 days of your tracking showing delivered. Online purchases may not be returned to our Branson, Mo store location. All In Store purchases made in ether of our store locations MUST be returned in person back to the location it was purchased from within 14 days, no mail returns may be made on IN STORE purchases at any time.

To make a online return please follow these simple guidelines. You no longer need to contact us for a return unless you receive something in error or defective! 

1. All tags are still attatched.

 2. It is not a Final Sale item (it will say final sale in the title online) or marked *On Sale* 

3. Include your packing slip that came with your order. 

4. Mail back to us within 14 days of your tracking number showing delivered!

 Follow these 4 simple steps and your return will go super smooth! Or if you are local to us you may return to our Claremore, Ok store within 14 days of receiving along with your packing slip as long as tags remain attatched for an exchange or store credit. 

Sorry our Branson location does not accept online returns or online store credit/gift cards- no exception.

You may want to purchase tracking/insurance on your return package as we are not responsible for returned lost/damaged shipments. Please advise it may take up to 7 business days for us to process your return once we have received it. Any return made without the original tags still attached, a sale/clearance item, or beyond our return policy time frame will not be accepted, you will receive a invoice to pay return shipping back to you.

 

Buyer is responsible for ALL shipping costs.

You have 90 days to use your store credit starting the day we email you the code for your credit. After 90 days the code will expire and we can not reinstate it!

 

ALL SALE/CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. No Exchanges/Returns.

 

After a order has been made, and payment received we are not able to cancel, alter, or refund it for any reason. If a discount code promotion is available it MUST be entered before checkout is complete as we can not add it on to your order after the order has completed.  If you have any questions prior to ordering, Please contact us first.
