1. A order can not be cancelled or altered once placed as per our policy states. Discount codes must be entered before checkout.
2. An order status..awaiting fulfillment means it is awaiting shipment. We ship within 1-5 business days after the order is placed..this does not include the weekend or holidays. All orders are shipped in the order as received. We handle a lot of orders and during busier times of the year it will take the full 5 business days to ship. Please note our staff is working as quickly as possible to ship your order.
3. If you are inquiring about a return please log into your account online first to see if your credit reflects in your shopping cart. If it is not there please remember it can take up to 7 business days once delivered to be processed.
