An order status..awaiting fulfillment means it is awaiting shipment. We ship within 3-4 business days after the order is placed..this does not include the weekend. All orders are shipped in the order as received. We handle a lot of orders and during busier times of the year it will take the full 4 business days to ship.
If you are inquiring about a return please log into your account online first to see if your credit reflects in your shopping cart. If it is not there please remember it can take up to 5 business days once delivered to be processed.
