Return Policy

We understand sometimes ordering online can be tricky and you may need to make a return. We want your return to be as quick and seamless as possible!

Please read carefully to make sure your return goes smoothly! We do not issue refunds for any returns no exceptions. Store credit is gladly allowed for any items purchased from our website as long as the items are returned in unworn unwashed original condition, with our hang tags still attached within our policy's guidelines. If items are returned in a used condition or missing the tag we will not be able to process the return and the pieces will be ether returned to you at your own expense or we will donate them to a local charity of our choice. On the rare chance you should receive an item that is damaged or defective please notify us immediately within 7 days of receipt to let us know so we can fix the issue asap! All tags must still be attached on damaged items to receive a replacement. Sorry this is the only way we can determine we sent a damaged item instead of becoming damaged while worn. No exceptions. No cash refunds of any kind are issued at any time, ALL SALES FINAL.

The process to return an item is to CONTACT US first within 7 days of delivery date. To speed up the process please include your order number in your email. We must approve your return before you can return. A return for store credit WILL NOT be issued if buyer doesn’t contact us first and receive approval within the 7 day guideline. Keep in mind that we cannot guarantee stock if you are returning for a different size. We do not "hold" any item for exchange. Any return requests after the 7 day period will not be approved. You MUST include the original receipt or invoice that was shipped with your order with your RMA authorization code written on it we give you in the approve to return email. Once we receive your return we will issue you store credit within 7 business days. This credit can be used to purchase anything on our website. Store credit is good for 90 days.

After gaining approval to return your items, please send them back to: The Klassy Girl Boutique, PO BOX 113 Chelsea, OK 74016 within 7 business days of receiving approval. We recomend purchasing tracking/insurance on your return package as we are not responsible for returned lost/damaged shipments. Please advise it may take up to 7 days for us to process your return once we have received it. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your store credit if our return policy is not followed. Example: Making a return without first contacting us, sending a return without the original invoice, or authorization code written on it etc.

Buyer is responsible for ALL shipping costs. Items must be postmarked within 7 business days of the return approval email.

If you purchased an item from us at any event or conference, or from one of our booth locations All sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns/exchanges from CONFERENCE PURCHASES or BOOTH LOCATIONS, no exceptions.

ALL CLEARANCE, Holiday Apparel and SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. No Exchanges/Returns.

Please be sure your address is correct before checking out we can not adjust it once your order has completed, we are not responsible for lost packages that shows DELIVERED.
