The Klassy Girl Boutique guarantees you will be receiving quality merchandise. We do understand if something just doesn't work for you so we have in place a great return policy! Please read carefully to make sure your return goes smoothly! Exchanges or store credit is allowed for any items purchased that are not on Sale/Clearance from our website as long as the items are returned unworn, in original condition, with original tags still attached. If items are returned in a used condition, we will not be able to process the return and the pieces will be ether returned to you at your own expense or we will donate them to a local charity of our choice. No cash refunds of any kind are issued at any time, ALL SALES FINAL.

All PRE-Orders are non refundable. Please note if you make a pre-order on our site that these sometimes take time to arrive, maybe even longer than the time estimated due to a unforeseen complication or delay. We try our best to keep them coming on time but problems do arise from time to time that will delay a pre-order!

The process to receive an Exchange, or Store credit is to CONTACT US first within 7 days of delivery date. We must approve your exchange before you can return. An exchange WILL NOT be issued if buyer doesn’t contact us first and receive approval within the 7 day guideline. Keep in mind that we cannot guarantee stock for an exchange. We do not "hold" any item for exchange. Any exchange requests after the 7 day return period will not be approved. You MUST include the original receipt or invoice that was shipped with your order.

After gaining approval to return your items, please send them back to: The Klassy Girl Boutique, PO BOX 113 Chelsea, OK 74016. You may want to purchase tracking/insurance on your return package as we are not responsible for returned lost/damaged shipments. Please advise it may take up to 7 days for us to process your return once we have received it. Any return made without the original tags still attached, a sale/clearance item,or beyond our return policy time frame will not be accepted, you will receive a invoice to pay return shipping back to you.

Buyer is responsible for ALL shipping costs. Items must be postmarked within 7 business days of the email approval for return.

You have 90 days to use your store credit starting the day we email you the code for your credit. After 90 days the code will expire and we can not reinstate it!

If you purchased an item from us at any show, All sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns/exchanges from SHOW PURCHASES, no exceptions.
